Maybe some people (i.e. Mayer)...

"You hint at seeing pictures of your innie and outie belly buttons on your website. GIVE US THE BELLYBUTTON PICTURES!! GIVE US THE BELLYBUTTON PICTURES!!"

...misunderstood. I am not posting pictures of my belly button, nor do I now have an outie, thankyouverymuch!

Ahhh, finally getting better! I've kinda been outta commission this entire past week. As you can see from my Friday post last week, I was heading to Chicago for the weekend. Well, that still happened, but I went along knowing full well I really should not have. I was having pretty bad stomach pains and my once "inny" belly button was almost an "outty" because my stomach was swollen so much.

On the way back from Chicago we stopped at a clinic Jen goes to in Kalamazoo. After a quick diagnosis from the doctor, it was determined I had an umbilical hernia. Not good. He called the local surgeon and they had me rushed over to the emergency room because it needed to be treated right away.

I met with the surgeon and he called up to see if they could get me in immediately. Before I knew it I was meeting with the anesthesiologist and then I was waking up with my mom, Jen, Jen's parents and a few nurses in front of me with a small incision below my belly button. They fixed me up, but it has really put me out of commission for the last half a week here. Up until today I just felt like complete crap (probably because of the Vicodin). I just can't sit around this much. I'm going stir crazy!

Anyway, that's a quick update on the situation. I am going to try and post some pictures of everything soon, I swear. We'll see though. I can't lift anything over 15 pounds for the next three weeks though and that sucks. I am heading back to East Lansing this afternoon to try and get back into the swing of things. I don't know if I will make it to the big game (UofM vs. MSU), but we'll see. That's all for now though, back to work...

ALSO! Mayer sent me this eBay auction which is the MOST RIDICULOUS thing I have ever seen! Look at the winning bid!

Deyer sent me this optical illusion called Checker Shadow at eBaum's World. I didn't believe it until I tried it for myself (NOTE: Click on the first link before you click on this one to see it for yourself too).

In other news, Jen, Heidi, Chuckie-D, and I are headed to Chicago this weekend. It's boys/girls night tonight and then we're gonna meet up on Saturday. Charles and I are gonna hang out with Mayer tonight. Should be a good time.

I'd like to thank Mayer for sending me this link. AWESOME!

Oh yeah, nothing much new. Same ole, same ole. Finally getting over being sick and back into the full swing of things (i.e. work and school). I will try and post some NYC pictures or other pictures soon.

In other news, Newman sent me this news story. It gets a big Newman "OOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"

First I would like to thank Ryan Shaltry for providing me with this link
and then I would like to thank God for providing us with such beautiful women as Britney Spears. WOW!

I found this site trying to find a link to the Spartan Sports Den. Sweet.

Busy, busy week. I know, it's been a while since I last updated. Nothing much new except work and school and more work. Can't complain too much though because more work is a good thing! :-) This past weekend Jen and I just layed low. We hung out in Troy on Friday night (which I have a funny story from but will share later if I remember) and then chilled in EL on Saturday night after a nice dinner at the good ole Den. Okay, I am super tired. Just for poops and giggles worth a mention, we posted the new core3 site yesterday. Check it out and let us know what you think...

Look at the keywords people used to get to pictures.paulchambers.com! HA HA HA!!!

I need this in my car...

Mayer sent me this link tonight. I thought it was pretty funny so I decided to share it...

I bought Burnout2: Point of Impact at Best Buy tonight. Best friggen investment I have made in ages! The game RULES! There is this one mode where you just drive down these roads and crash your car in an attempt to cause as much damage as you can! How much better can it get than that?! I saw this game at Toys 'R' Us in NYC and went on a hunt around the city for it. After traveling from midtown to downtown and back, I gave up and waited until I got back to EL to get it. Definitely worth the wait! Plus, after a 14+ hour day I could use a little something to relax. :-)

In New York City right now celebrating Prasad's 21st Birthday with about 8 other guys. Last night was just an absolute BLAST! Billy and I were wandering the city until about 5 AM from downtown to midtown. We finally got to sleep at 5:30 in the morning and woke up at 11 or so for breakfast. I'll post some more pictures when I get back but for now, here is one I took from the plane coming in. Enjoy.
