WOW!

Can you believe it, the web has turned 35?! I bet if you ask the common person, they would think it's only about ten years old. Anyway.

This past weekend was my 5-year class reunion for Troy High. It was a good time and I enjoyed seeing people I haven't seen in a while. On Sunday Jen and I went down to visit her Grandma in Livonia, ran a few errands, and then went to visit my Grandma. She's been pretty up and down lately and it's been really tough on my mom and Grandpa especially. I just hope for the best.

I should probably get some lunch now. I will be posting some pictures soon, don't worry (especially Billy and Mayer)...

Does anyone else feel that this new product might be a bit dangerous? 572 degrees?!

Well, let's see...what's new since the last post? Oh yeah, Jen got a job!!! She got a Kindergarten teaching position at Oakland Elementary School in Royal Oak and she is just absolutely thrilled. Other than that, life has been pretty much work, eat, sleep. I should get home for dinner now though. Congratulations again Jenni!

Nicole just pulled this up on Deyer's computer. HILARIOUS! I had fun making a "Drunken Comb-over Bush". Enjoy...

I finally posted some new pictures! There are three new sets up there right now starting with my mommy's birthday. Thanks for the reminder LLiby!

We're almost all moved into the office. We picked up a nice conference table yesterday at a sweet deal! Now we're just waiting on the receptionist desk to come in and we'll be fully settled. Jen and I also finished painting my house in Royal Oak last night. My furniture gets delivered tomorrow morning. Now we just need to figure out how to arrange it!

I think it's funny how on the Top Software Bug Fix List the recommended fix for PowerPoint 2002 is to manually flip the images. Can you just picture the guys at Microsoft trying to fix this one...

Bill: "So guys, how are we going to address this PowerPoint version incompatability issue?"
Steve: "We've spent over 100 man-hours on the project so far with no resolution. Let's just tell people to flip the images manually."
Bill: "Done."

So instead of fixing the software they just make people deal with it. *sigh*

Well, Jen and I are about to head up to East Lansing for a day of cleaning and final moving out. We don't have much left there, but we thought we should head back up to help clean the house a bit to avoid losing some of our security deposit. Caroline had a little "shindig" (I hate that word) last night which was fun. That's all for now.
