Turkey day was cool. Ate lots and had loads of fun with the family. I got my Christmas lights up, decorated the house, and I have started my Christmas shopping on Amazon.com! I would have liked to have gotten more done this weekend, but I think I deserved to relax a bit too. Prasad and Mayer were both in town and it was fun to hang out with them (for the most part).

In any event, I have posted more pictures online. Did I mention lately how much I LOVE Picasa. SOOOO easy to use and it just gets the job done. Anyway, here's the new pictures from the Relay for Life this past summer, Fourth of July weekend, and Anna's Wedding. Enjoy!

Looks like the bar of choice for this Wednesday night is Rumor's in Royal Oak. I think we'll probably be getting there around 5 or 6 if anyone wants to join us.

I know, this is pretty nerdy...

I was at Best Buy the other day getting my XM uninstalled from my Explorer before I sold it and the install guy there was telling me about how Sirius had satellite TV on display at CES. Well, with a bit of Googling, I found an article on it. Very cool! And yes, I would probably end up killing myself trying to check my stocks while I was driving.

I love the weekends that you come off of feeling like they were very productive. This was definitely one of those weekends for me. On Friday night, Jen and I relaxed and went over to Star Theatres to see The Incredibles. What a great movie! Pixar is just a brilliant company. Funny, great animation, and a decent story-line.

On Saturday I worked on my house for a bit and ran a few errands. We hung out with the crew on Saturday night and had some fun at Woody's in Royal Oak. Today I worked at my office (with Jen's assitance) for a few hours getting "the books" together for our CPA who is coming in this week.

So overall, a pretty productive weekend. This week is sure to be busy, so it was nice to relax some before we get going again. Anyway, I am going to try and post some more pictures this week. Wish me luck...

Now this is cool, the Google SMS! And 8 billion pages now indexed?! I shoulda bought stock...

I went with LLiby and Grimey to Somerset Collection last night at midnight to pickup LLiby's copy of Halo 2. There were about 200 other people there and it was pretty sweet to see. We finally got his copy at 1:30 AM and went back to my place and played until 3:30 AM or so. Here's a few quick snapshots of the line-up in Somerset...

I downloaded Picasa tonight from Google to play around with it a bit and ended up exporting and uploading some more pictures. Looks like I'm on a roll here! Picasa is a VERY cool tool though, and incredibly fast to boot! I highly recommend it; it's a good PC replacement for iPhoto.
