Well, we made it home safely from Chicago (yes, the picture are already online) just in time for Gorman's Royal Rumble Party (yes, these pictures are already online too!). The rest of the weekend in Chicago was awesome and Gorman's party tonight was an absolute blast! Back to the grind...

Well, last night was a little rough, but I survived. Lots of great stories though and even more great pictures and videos. We just got back from dinner and are now hanging out at Mayer's place. Not sure what the rest of the night has in store for us, but it should be a good time.

Tomorrow is Gorman's "wrestling party". He is having people over to watch the Royal Rumble and cook some burgers on the grill. I am picking Goldbond to be the Royal Rumble winner. Go Goldbond!

In Chicago right now making this post from Mayer's laptop. He wanted me to update my blog. Here...fine...I updated. This weekend should kick ass. We're going to the Blues club tonight which should be awesome. Who knows what's in store for tomorrow night. I am already having a blast though and it's only 7:00 PM CST. Boo-yah...

I shoveled more snow this weekend than my back really wanted me to. We got about a foot of snow this past Saturday and of course I got some pictures (now featuring captions!) thanks to Jen and Phil Shih who seem to always have their cameras on them. The three of us went to Ann Arbor on Friday night and made the trek back to Royal Oak through the snow on Saturday morning. We witnessed a truck get stuck on the on-ramp from M-14 to I-275. We were a car behind him and he slowly came to a stop, not being able to make it up the ramp through the snow and ice. It was slightly amusing and luckily we weren't in a rush to get back.

The rest of the weekend was pretty chill and I am finally caught up on all of my digital pictures. I just uploaded pictures from UofM vs. MSU weekend and also some other pictures from a weekend in Ann Arbor in early October. That's all for now. Another week is here...

I've posted some pics from Dief's Mexican Party to my site. I haven't been updating the media page because I'm too lazy, but I link them from here so it doesn't matter. I'd like to redesign my site as soon as Deyer does it for me. :-) Until then, deal with this one.

It's been a busy, but GREAT 2005 so far! Christmas was excellent and the annual New Years gathering Up North went off without a hitch. Those links go to pictures. I also posted my "Miscellaneous" pictures which is a collection of a few pictures from the year that just didn't have a home in a category.

In any event, not much else is new. I have mainly just been working a lot since the year started. This weekend we threw a "Get the hell out of the U.S." party for Dief who is going to work in Mexico for six months on a berry picking farm. Okay, not really working on a berry picking farm, but close. Collins & Aikman, the engineering firm he works for, is sending him there for three weeks there and one week back for six months. Sounds like fun...NOT! HA HA HA!

After the big sha-bang on Friday night I had to drag my ass out of bed early Saturday morning (not fun to wake up at 6 AM when you go to bed at 3 AM) to take my mother and little sis to her swim meet in Grand Blanc (also not a fun thing when its snowing like crazy). Nonetheless, it was fun to watch her swim and she is getting quite good!

After the swim meet I came home and slept. It felt good to just relax and take some time for myself. I tried to relax the rest of the weekend as well, but of course I had to get a little work in, which I never mind.

Anyway, I should get back to work now. I finally got my computer and flat panel mounted in my kitchen at home (which I will post some pictures of soon) so I should be posting more often again. That's all for now, enjoy the update.
